Junior developers should use as much AI coding as an 8-year-old using a calculator. If the 8-year-old is working on complex mathematics, sure, use the calculator and focus on higher-level steps. But if they are using calculators for simple math, they are robbing themselves of a great opportunity to make mistakes & learn.
